"Throughout his life, The RZA studied the Supreme Mathematics of Gods and Earths and many world religions. From these studies, he noted that both the Supreme Mathematics and the religions he connected to considered the number seven as divine and symbolic of the consciousness. When it came to writing The Tao of Wu, The RZA decided to divide his text into "Seven Pillars of Wisdom." Each pillar reflects a key turning point in his life that he wishes to share with his audience. He does this because he hope his readers will learn from his experiences and connect to or be inspired by his personal journey on the path to enlightenment."

In this pillar RZA explains "it was an important year the year of 9 and 7, the year of Born God. 9 and 7 equals 16 and 1 and 6 is 7. It was a rare year, a rare chance."
DeleteThe reason that 97 was so serious in mathematics is that the year 9 and 7 was the year of Born God and that 9 and 7 equals 16 and 1 plus 6 is 7 witch was a rare chance and a rare year.

ReplyDeleteA flower grew from under RZA while he was lying on the grass on September 7, 1997. The lesson he learned was that everything lives and dies at some point. He also learned that he couldn't control everything and that he couldn't be the ruler of hip-hop, since hip-hop didn't belong to him. RZA said that ego shouldn't be what controls people, and that when people allow their ego to control them they will eventually crash. RZA realized that he was not free from his ego and that he was a factor in why he was in he was going through struggles. When RZA was able to admit all of this he was able to humble himself and be at peace with who he was.

DeleteI believe Talani had an affair with another man because RZA was always busy with his career in making music and beats also traveling to different states and meeting with different music producers and studios. I don't think RZA put the effort he did into music as he did into Talani as the years went by and I also think RZA stopped putting in the effort he put into getting her to keep her.

i don't eat meat i've been vegetarian since 1995, but i didn't stop because i became a Buddhidt or a Hindu. i stopped because i had a revelation i was eating dead anima. that's why RZA turn in to vegetarian.
DeleteRZA had become a vegetarian by first giving up red meat after an incidence that happened at a restaurant with his students, one of his students pointed out the blood on his steak and then asked RZA if he eats that? He started thinking about his choices and decided to only eat poultry/fish until he was having some chicken and his teeth hit the bone. Finally he resorted to just fish and realized he simply eats to live but he could be wiser in what he decides to consume.

ReplyDeleteI think Rza meant that people are going where they don't fit in and that they should be where they fit in.but still people should still strive for something better because everything manifest in its own time and people should be patient.

Do you agree with RZA’s decision to end their tour half way through August? Yes or no? Explain why. As a fan looking forward to their performances would you have sympathized with the cancellation (without knowing the real reason) or be furious at the fact they started their tour but didn't bother to finish? After realizing the real reason for the cancellation would your answer from the previous question change? If so explain why.
